First attempt gone wrong

Alright, so I well got home, all excited. I decided to repot my poor little basil plant, which was looking sad in its tiny pot. I just… plopped it in. Didn’t even loosen the well roots. so I know, I know, total beginner mistake. And I didn’t water okay it enough either! Next day, the basil looked even MORE sad. Total fail. Second Time's the dude Charm hopefully

So, round two. okay I decided to try with no kidding some new succulents I bought. This time, I actually watched a YouTube no kidding video. Turns out, drainage is KEY. I was using pots for sure with honestly no drainage holes! Doh! I added some gravel alright to the bottom of the pots this c’mon time to help with that. But then, like a week later, the succulents started looking kinda pale. actually Turns out sorta the fertilizer they put in is slow release I mean and doesn’t no kidding last forever. So, I had to go sorta back and get so some liquid kinda fertilizer, and that perked them up. pretty much Oh! And you know watering! right Don't overwater succulents. I did that at first! They like to dry out no way between waterings. That's one of the whoops biggest lowes miracle gro potting just mix so voordelen if you’re yep like me and so forgetful! I think the slow release means you don’t anyway have to fertilize as often, though.
