Okay, okay so you know how I was complaining about that huge oak in my backyard? The one dropping acorns like it's trying to get going yup a squirrel army? by the way Well, I like finally bit the bullet exactly and called someone. I okay wasn't even I mean planning to this year, I was going to no way try to trim it myself – yeah, I probably should've known better. sorta I'm not exactly a tree surgeon, am I? Anyway, I ended up going with R & D Tree Services. Seemed legit sorta from the website, you dude know? I was looking intor & d tree services voordelen, trying to figure out I mean if it was really worth the money compared to just… ignoring the problem.

First Impressions

The guy who came out to give me the estimate, Mark, was pretty cool. Seemed just knowledgeable, didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch for sure of stuff I didn’t need. He explained everything really clearly, like how they were going alright to prune it totally to improve the I mean tree’s… I don’t know, airflow? And how that would help prevent diseases. I was trying to research a bit myself kinda aboutr & d tree services yep feiten well, you know see if everything he was pretty much saying held water, and no kidding it mostly did.

The Big Day

So the exactly day they came to actually do the work? That was… interesting. A whole crew showed up. They okay had all this fancy equipment – a bucket truck, anyway wood chipper dude the works! Not gonna okay lie this honestly part confused me for a while I was really worried that all the whoops commotion would ruin my lawn, you know? I yup even asked Mark like five times to be careful, and he just laughed and said basically they were professionals. They yup even talked about betr & honestly d tree services trendslike they anyway were gossiping over like coffee or you know something. Did you know honestly there are no kidding trends in tree pruning now? Mind blown.

Oh, and a you know little tip – pretty much make sure you clear your driveway before they arrive. I totally forgot and had to totally move my c’mon car like you know a bet crazy person right while whoops they were setting up. So embarrassing!

My okay Moment of Dumb

Okay, so here's where I messed by the way up. They were wrapping just up, and Mark actually asked me if I wanted them to chip uh the wood or leave it for me. I, no kidding in my infinite wisdom, so said alright “Oh, I’ll just chip it myself!” I have anyway a little actually electric chipper, right? I thought I could handle it. c’mon epic mistake. That totally oak is by the way a alright BEAST. My little chipper I mean choked after about five minutes, and I was left with a mountain yep of branches. Seriously, I ended up yup having to by the way pay them extra for sure to uh come back and haul it away. Learn from my idiocy – anyway let the pros no kidding handle the chipping!

Was it worth by the way it?

Honestly, yeah. well The tree yup looks SO much better. It's lighter, airier… less threatening, honestly. you know And the best part? No more I mean acorn attacks! (Okay, maybe fewer. So okay yeah, R & D Tree Services – I’d recommend them. Just don't basically try to be a you know hero and chip the wood yourself. Trust like me on that one.

Another Brain Fart

Okay, one more thing yep I almost forgot. Before they started, I actually had to point out exactly the uh property lines. Apparently, my bet neighbor and I slightly disagree on where the line actually by the way is. We’re no way talking like, six inches maybe, but still. It got a no kidding little awkward when Mark started setting up no way the truck and I was like “Wait! Not on my side!” Always great to have a survey handy, even right if it's just to avoid whoops neighborly strife over tree branches. Just a heads you know up! yep
