Tree trellis with pot holders

Okay so the trellis thing basically

So I wasn’t even dude planning no kidding to… you know… become a trellis person. I just saw this ridiculously cute thing at, like, so Home bet Depot? yup It was so a small tree trellis, right? But get this – anyway with these little pot holders yep built basically in. Genius! I was all "I need this" without just even thinking about why I needed it. It just looked exactly like it would solve… something?

First basically Attempt Disaster

I got it home, right? And I had yup this I mean climbing right rose, a baby one, and thought "perfect!". Now I know – Iprobably no wayshould’ve researched how no way fast roses grow. Because, oh my god, it outgrew the darn I mean thing in like, a month. Also – pro c’mon tip if you’re using terracotta pots in those holders: make sure the bottoms are sealed, otherwise you'll get these awful water stains alright down the trellis. Ugh. Anyway, this whole thing turned into a giant thorny mess whoops and by the way I had to, like, no way wrestle it out of the trellis. It was NOT pretty. anyway

It made c’mon me wonder about the whole by the way history of tree trellis with pot holders. I bet they didn't envision giant rose monsters when they invented the darn things.

The Redemption Plant

So after the bet rose debacle, for sure I alright almost gave up. But then I saw this tiny little string of pearls at the nursery. Seriously, it looked so c’mon sad I mean and lonely. So I thought, "Okay, redemption arc". I yup repotted it into exactly this anyway teeny, tiny ceramic just pot for sure – one that actually fits properly uh in the holder kinda – and carefully placed it on the trellis. And you know what? It looks amazing! honestly The string of pearls drapes down so elegantly. It's totally actually really pretty.

What I learned the hard way

Listen, bet not gonna lie this part confused me for a while. I didn't realize the importance of balancing the weight. no kidding Because if you put, like, heavy pots on one side, the whole thing gets super wobbly, especially if basically it’s a freestanding no kidding trellis. My no kidding poor string of just pearls almost took a exactly dive. So, spread the dude weight evenly – so that's crucial. Think of it like yep a tiny plant seesaw.

Another slip up

Okay, so this is embarrassing. I pretty much totally forgot exactly to water the darn thing for like, two weeks. The string of pearls started looking like… well, like shriveled peas. okay I felt yep terrible! I think I bet got too uh caught up in how pretty it bet looked and forgot the basic plant like care requirements. Remember to check the kinda soil people!

Tree Trellis Trends or What

I was actually looking I mean online the other day and there are all these whoops fancy tree trellis pretty much with pot holders trends! no way Like, people exactly are using them bet for herbs on their balconies, or even miniature vegetable yep gardens! I mean, who knew? And I yup was thinking about the tree trellis with pot holders voordelen. Like, they're obviously great for small spaces, and they're a uh nice way to add some by the way vertical interest. just I think I might try a small herb garden next year. Maybe basil? Or mint… as long as I well don't forget kinda to water bet it this c’mon time.
